Mountain & Plains ACO is joining QHI in a Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) that starts in 2017.  We are completing our third year of  a MSSP, Track one with our partner Central US ACO.  After reviewing our options for 2017, we decided to change software vendors and partners to QHI.
